Subject to stock availability orders are usually dispatched with 48 hours. Small orders will be sent via 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail and larger items will be sent by Royal mail standard parcels or courier. A signature may be required on delivery. You will be sent an email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 - 14 days for delivery.
For addresses that are not on the UK mainland such as the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann and Northern Ireland

Packaging:
Cotswold Nature is all about caring for the environment and nature so we try our hardest to minimise our impact on the environment. We therefore re-use packaging material wherever possible. Our bird food comes in re-sealable plastic bags which you can reuse or give back to use and we'll refill them with your next bird food order.
We think it is important to re-use as much as possible of the materials we receive which would otherwise be waste. This will mean from time to time your product will be packaged with a range of materials which are not always as eco-friendly as we would like. If we have to buy packaging in we try to purchase recycled and biodegradable.

It's easy! It's Simple and Secure to buy from Cotswold Nature, our online payments are handled through PayPal (although you don't need a PayPal account).
Once you've found what you want to buy simply add it to your basket and then check out.You can either pay with your Credit/Debit Card or if you have a PayPal account simply log in on the right of the screen.Once you complete your payment you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
Mail Order:
If you would prefer to order by post that's fine by us, just click here to print off a Mail Order Form, fill it in and post it to the address on the form along with a cheque payable to Cotswold Nature.
Returns:
We're sure you'll love your products when they arrive (as will the wildlife!) but if you're not completely satisfied please return the item in the original packaging within 14 days (at your expense) for a full refund (Delivery charges are not refundable). Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund until the goods have been received and verified by us. Your purchase must be in the condition it was sold i.e. any tags must be attached and packaging must be included. Cotswold Nature cannot take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or package is damaged in transit.
